happy halloween!

we had such a fun time at the arboretum pumpkin patch.  there are over 50,000 pumpkins at the arboretum... amazing!  and isla loved them!  she wanted to eat the pumpkins, eat the hay, and climb all over everything!  i have so many pictures (including 2 wardrobe changes) but these are a few of my favorites.
our little friendly ghost...

i ironed the face on the onesie after my sweet friend whitney used her silhouette to cut it out (i gotta get one of those).  then whitney, delaney, and i made the girls tutu's... super easy!!

32 weeks...

our little love is going to be a ghost for her first halloween!

our new house has a long hallway from the front to the back of the house and isla loves to crawl up and down it.  i couldn't resist taking some pictures of her in her polka's and stripes!

her crawling is so good.  she loves when you chase her...  she will start laughing and crawling faster to get away.  it's hilarious!  note to self... i need to get that on video.

can you tell we are big fans of the babylegs around here!?  they are just so precious.  auntie shea got these for isles and they are cute with anything!  

this pulling up thing makes me so nervous!  especially on that table with the pointy corners.  (i see a new coffee table or ottoman in our near future.)  she loves standing and has even started cruising around the table and couch.

still loves riding in the cart and trying to chew on everything we pass.  we have a home goods like 3 blocks from our house so we visit it often!

i love these next two pictures.  they really show her fun personality.  everyday is more and more fun.  isla definitely keeps us on our toes and makes us laugh so hard!  this is such a fun age.  i love watching her discover everything around her.  my 7 month old reminds me everyday that i should cherish even the little things in life.

31 weeks...

isla is 31 weeks old today!

and just to warn you... this week i'm definitely making up for the lack of pics from last week!
this little lady is pulling up on everything... the couch, the coffee table, the chairs... everything!  it amazes me how mobile she is, i see her changing so much every day.
i'm loving this cool weather because those leg warmers are the cutest thing ever!!

she also loves to sit in the high chair at restaurants.  she is very good while we eat as long as we have plenty of distractions!

always on the move!  and i love the middle picture... that face cracks me up. 

kristen sent isla some of the cutest crochet headbands and hats!  they are just precious and we have already had a couple of modeling sessions in them!  thanks kris... we love them and you!!

look at this crazy girl.  not gonna lie... the toes in the mouth are kinda weird but cute!  and daddy did a good job picking out this cute outfit!

we are very careful when we put things on the table now because it usually ends up on the floor in about 2 minutes!

isla thinks it's so fun to be naked.  she was having so much fun and was just too precious so i couldn't resist taking like a million pics!

isn't the headband so precious!  kristen is going to be very busy this winter.  i'll post her etsy shop when she get's everything up!

why is cellulite so cute on a baby!?

yes, i know... isla is chubby.  i mean very chubby and it's so cute!  i love all those little rolls!

she wasn't wearing a diaper for 45 minutes and didn't even potty!  then like 2 minutes after i put her diaper back on she went to the bathroom.  thank you isles!

i love looking at these pictures.  she is such a beautiful, happy little girl.  these are the days i hope i will always remember.

as of this morning isles has her first tooth (on the bottom left)!  it's just barely coming through the gums.  this is the best picture i could get.  yay for our first tooth!

we went to the arboretum pumpkin patch this week.  those pictures will have to be their own post... i'm still looking through the 300 pics we took!  but for now i'll leave you with a little more chubby baby...

7 month sweetie!

7 months... more than half a year old... it's gone by way to fast!
isla grace you are such a sweet blessing to us.  we love you!

week 30...

the weeks really do fly by... and this little lady is 30 weeks old today!

she was so happy today!

i don't have a ton of pics this week because i had to get a new phone and lost a few pictures.  

isla is at such a fun age.  i'm sure i will find myself saying that every month from here on out but it's just so fun to watch her grow and change!  she is so active... crawling everywhere!  she's moves from toy to toy in the living room examining each one;  she sits in the highchair when we go to restaurants and loves it!  she is definitely a growing little girl and loves to eat (still doesn't like veggies but loves fruit)!  we have had a little bit of quality time as a family this week and it was so fun!  we didn't do much but it's always great to all be together.

joe always sends me the cutest pics while i'm working... what would we do without iphones!  loves standing up in her crib and didn't daddy pick out such a cute outfit!

isles has been putting her toes in her mouth when we are in the car... weird and cute all at the same time!
